here is a design for a possible charrie in neo. I have wanted to create this animal for months, but never found the time or patience to do his crazy mane and long legs xP
I created him as a uni.
anyways... it took me like two days to do it 0.o the mane is so crazy and scruffeh x3 yes, he has floating wings 0_o
